Tammy Powell provides strategic and operational leadership within the Orlando Health Medical Group framework, overseeing the day-to-day operations in the primary care and multispecialty service lines. She is passionate about supporting teams, building strong partnerships and delivering innovative, value-based care.

Tammy joined Orlando Health with more than 15 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations and a strong background in both primary and multispecialty care. She previously served as system director of operations at Lee Health in Fort Myers, Florida, where she led strategies to expand access, improve patient engagement, and drive quality and financial performance.

Tammy earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and is a fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
