Tina Santos, MBA, MSN, BSN, serves as chief nursing officer at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center, responsible for leading the hospital’s nursing vision, strategic direction and delivery of care. Tina brings exceptional leadership skills across academic tertiary, community and critical access hospitals and more than 12 years of experience as a senior executive of nursing, operations and administration to the role.
Prior to joining Orlando Health, Tina served as chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton, Massachusetts, part of Steward Health Care, the largest physician-led healthcare network in the U.S. She also held roles as chief administrative and nursing officer for Steward Health Care’s St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Brighton, Massachusetts, and chief operating officer, chief nursing officer and vice president of patient care services for Heywood Healthcare in Gardner, Massachusetts, as well as other leadership positions throughout her career. She served as the component lead for Exemplary Practice during the Magnet journey and successful designation while at Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital.
Tina earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and a master’s in nursing and MBA in healthcare management from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
