Tonja Mosley

Vice President, Finance Operations and Analytics

Tonja Mosley is vice president, finance operations and analytics for Orlando Health. Tonja leads the organization’s financial operations and decision-support analytics, along with developing operating and capital budgets and long-range financial forecasts and plans.

With more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience, Tonja joined Orlando Health in 2020 as chief financial officer for Orlando Health – Health Central Hospital. She previously served as chief financial officer for several Florida hospitals, including Wellington Regional Medical Center, Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, and three hospitals in the Community Health Systems organization. Tonja began her career as a staff accountant with Hendry Regional Medical Center before joining two Columbia HCA hospitals.

Tonja earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and in finance from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She has been recognized as CFO of the Year, Healthcare Professional of the Year, and a 2025 Onyx Magazine Women on the Move Honoree.
