Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health; Chief Operating Officer, Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital

As chief operating officer of the soon-to-open Orlando Health Watson Clinic Lakeland Highlands Hospital, Victoria Wagner leads the development and execution of strategic business initiatives while preparing the hospital for operational launch.

Since joining Orlando Health in 2008 as a respiratory therapist, Victoria’s dedication, leadership and deep understanding of clinical operations have guided her through a series of progressive leadership roles, most recently as the administrative director of operations at Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute. Her experience across multiple disciplines has positioned her to lead with unique insight in advancing Orlando Health’s mission and strategic goals.

Victoria earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree from the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
