How to Enroll

• STEP 1 - Provide your email address during your physician visit, registration or admission process.
• STEP 2 - Click on the registration link in the email received from [email protected] to connect to MyOrlandoHealth.com portal.
• STEP 3 - Create your portal login using a username and password.
• STEP 4 - Enter the invitation code provided by your medical organization and click "Agree"for the release of information.

After you have activated your account, you will receive two emails:

• A welcome to MyOrlandoHealth.com
• A confirmation of your connections to Orlando Health physician services and hospitals
