Bio
Chelsea Ontkos is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with Orlando Health Physician Associates. She provides after-hours acute care and hospital follow-ups for patients ages 2 years and older, and her expertise includes:
- In-office testing and procedures, including urinalysis and wound care
- Assessment, diagnosis and management of acute illness and chronic disease
- Medication management
Chelsea has cared for patients in Central Florida since 2010, including as a registered nurse in intensive care units at Orlando Health hospitals.
Chelsea’s Training
Chelsea received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. She earned her Master of Science in nursing (MSN), family nurse practitioner track, from the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
