Bio
Dr. Ian Nelson is a radiologist with Orlando Health Medical Group Radiology. He enjoys the opportunity to be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team helping to care for patients.
He has served as staff radiologist for the U.S. Air Force, 96th Medical Group, Surgical Operations Squadron.
Dr. Nelson’s Training
Dr. Nelson earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville.
He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management in Waltham, Massachusetts, with an emphasis on healthcare administration.

The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
