Bio
Tam Nguyen is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with the Orlando Health Heart and Vascular Institute. She specializes in caring for cardiovascular patients with medical conditions, including:
- Coronary artery disease
- Atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias
- Valvular disease
- Preventive cardiology
- Peripheral arterial disease
- Venous compression
- Chronic venous insufficiency
Tam has cared for patients in Florida since 2015. She wants to develop strong clinical skills to help her patients reach their healthcare goals through individualized care, education and compassion.
Tam’s Training
She earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in nursing (MSN) from Purdue University Global.

She also is licensed as a registered nurse in Florida and is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
