Ryan Bisson, MS, CGC

Ryan Bisson, MS, CGC is a board-certified genetic counselor. He provides cancer genetic counseling and risk assessment to individuals and families that have a history of cancer.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular genetics from Ohio State University and a master's degree in genetic counseling from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

He is certified by the American Board of Genetic Counselors and is a current member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors.

Ryan has given numerous presentations to healthcare professionals, colleges, professional organizations, local television stations and community groups.


Emily Anderson, MS, CGC

Emily Anderson, MS, CGC

Emily Anderson, MS, CGC, is a cancer genetic counselor with the Cancer Genetics and High Risk Care Center at Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She is board certified (CGC) by the American Board of Genetic Counseling and educates patients and families about their potential risks for hereditary forms of cancer. Emily provides those at risk the testing and resources they need to make informed decisions about their health.

She earned her master’s degree (MS) in genetic counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the National Society of Genetic Counselors and Florida Association of Genetic Counselors.


Kathleen Goff, MSN, APRN-BC 

Kathleen Goff, MSN, APRN-BC

Kathleen Goff, MSN, APRN-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with the Cancer Genetics and High Risk Care Center at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. She manages patients for the genetics-focused team including clinical evaluation, developing and following through on a treatment plan, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and educating patients on their risk factors and treatment plan.

Kathleen earned her master’s degree in adult nursing from the University of Florida in Gainesville and completed additional studies as part of the University of Central Florida’s pediatric nurse practitioner program. Kathleen has more than 40 years of nursing experience with more than 25 of those as an advanced practice registered nurse. She is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing and board certified in Adult Health. She is active in community service including providing public education programs, serving on various committees of the Central Florida Advanced Nurse Practice Council through the years and recently served as President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care.
