Our 4-Step Process
Physical Therapy
The physical therapy component is for golfers who currently have pain, are unable to play because of an injury or are recovering from a surgery. Once you are pain free and discharged from physical therapy, you will schedule an appointment with our expert golf physical therapists to get started with the Golf Performance Assessment and begin the Swing Foundations Program.
Swing Foundations Program
We use a variety of tools to evaluate your golf performance, including TPI assessments, swing video analysis, and ball and club speed testing on our golf simulator. These tests, which include evaluating sixteen essential movement patterns related to the golf swing and determining your Golf Fitness Handicap, help to identify physical strengths and limitations that can affect both performance and injury risk. Based on results, we design a program of drills and exercises personalized to your specific needs — to help you play better, longer and with reduced risk of injury. This step of the program takes place twice a week for four weeks and is offered on a self-pay basis.
Swing Speed and Distance Program
This step is focused on improving club speed to gain more distance off the tee. We will assess your ability to generate power and work to improve your ability to rotate, increase your lower body and core strength, improve downswing sequencing, develop skills in how to use the ground, and increase your swing speed safely, without injuries. This step of the program takes place once a week for six weeks and is offered on a self-pay basis.

Now that you have achieved the goals of improved strength, mobility and performance, continued maintenance is key to extending your playing or active lifestyle years as long as possible. This step of the program helps to support the gains you have made and prevent injury. It takes place once a week and is offered on an ongoing, self-pay basis.
