Coming Soon: Orlando Health ER and Medical Pavilion - Lake Mary
To serve the growing needs of the Lake Mary community, Orlando Health is planning a stand-alone emergency room and medical pavilion that will offer quick access to comprehensive healthcare services. It will be located on a 30-acre site at the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
Phase one of the project calls for a two-story, 40,000-square-foot freestanding emergency department and a three-story, 60,000-square-foot medical pavilion. A service of Orlando Health, the emergency department on the first floor will include up to 24 exam rooms, ER patient beds and the Medical Pavilion will have outpatient imaging, an ambulatory surgery center and provide access to specialty care physician offices.
Groundbreaking is planned for spring 2018, with the new healthcare campus to open fall 2019.
Phase two of the project could include a hospital, additional medical offices, an ambulatory surgery center, and other health and wellness concepts.

Location: 20-acre campus near the junction of U.S. Highway 27 and the Florida Turnpike, in Lake County.

Location: 74-acre campus in Southwest Orange County, near State Road 429 and New Independence Parkway.
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Four Corners
Location: West of Champions Gate in Lake County, on U.S. Highway 27, just north of Highway 192.
Orlando Health Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion – Osceola
Location: 13-acre campus at Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee.

Orlando Health Announces New Emergency Room and Medical Pavilion to Be Built in the City of Lake Mary
Lake Mary, FL (May 18, 2017) – The City of Lake Mary and Orlando Health announced today plans to bring a new emergency room and medical pavilion to the community. The $42 million, 30-acre project will be part of a medical complex located in the city of Lake Mary on the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
