Coming Soon: Orlando Health ER and Medical Pavilion - Lake Mary
To serve the growing needs of the Lake Mary community, Orlando Health is planning a stand-alone emergency room and medical pavilion that will offer quick access to comprehensive healthcare services. It will be located on a 30-acre site at the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
Phase one of the project calls for a four-story, 90,000-square-foot emergency department and medical pavilion. A service of South Seminole Hospital, the emergency department on the first floor will include up to 24 exam rooms, an imaging department and ambulance bays. A helipad will be onsite to provide air transport for patients needing more specialized levels of care.
Primary care practices and specialty physician offices, as well as imaging and laboratory services, will be located on floors two through four of the medical pavilion. Groundbreaking for phase one is slated for late 2017 with an opening date in late 2018.
Phase two of the project could include a hospital, additional medical offices, an ambulatory surgery center, and other health and wellness concepts.
Other Planned ER/Medical Pavilions
The Lake Mary complex is one of Orlando Health’s five new emergency room/medical pavilion projects in Central Florida. The others will be located in:
- The Horizon West development of southwest Orange County
- Kissimmee, on the northwest corner of Orange Avenue and Osceola Parkway
- Blue Cedar, near the junction of U.S. Highway 27 and the Florida Turnpike in Lake County
- Four Corners, due west of Celebration, in Lake County

Lake Mary, FL (May 18, 2017) – The City of Lake Mary and Orlando Health announced today plans to bring a new emergency room and medical pavilion to the community. The $42 million, 30-acre project will be part of a medical complex located in the city of Lake Mary on the northwest corner of Manderley Run and Rinehart Road.
