Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center Recognized with Women’s Choice Award

ORMC received recognition in seven categories

Orlando, FL (January 23, 2024) – Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) has been named as one of the Best Hospitals by the Women’s Choice Award®, an independent referral source for trusted brands, services, and hospitals. The award signifies that Orlando Health is one of the top healthcare providers in the country based on a review of almost 5,000 hospitals.

ORMC was recognized by the Women’s Choice Award® in the following areas:

  • Best Hospitals for Bariatric Surgery
  • Best Hospitals for Stroke Care Best Hospitals for Cancer Care

Additionally, each service line award has supplementary criteria that are specific to the service line. Orlando Health South Lake Hospital was also named as one of the Best Hospitals by the Women’s Choice Award® for mammography.
