Regarding Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file insurance claims to primary and secondary insurance companies.

For Your Information

Florida law standardized the health insurance claim forms we utilize to submit insurance claims. Health plans are required by law to pay, contest or deny your claim within 20 days of receipt if we file the claim electronically, or within 40 days if the claim was not submitted electronically. Claims that are contested by your insurance company must either be paid or denied within 90 days if we file electronically, or 120 days if not submitted
electronically.

Although a service might be ordered by your physician, the service might not be covered by your insurance plan. Please review the benefit structure, coverage requirements and exclusions detailed in your insurance policy. You may be billed for non-covered or excluded services, as deemed by your insurance company.

For Payment arrangements we offer secure and flexible PAYMENT OPTIONS.

  1. Payment in full using Quick Pay or Online Bill Pay
  2. 12 month, interest free, equal monthly payment plan. Requires a minimum monthly payment of $25. Contact Orlando Health via the information above.
  3. If you need longer than 12 months, Orlando Health partners with CarePayment with more information below.

Zero Interest Patient Financing

As a benefit to our patients, the CarePayment program is a patient-friendly payment option to help you pay your cost of service with Orlando Health. The program is a zero-interest revolving line of credit with flexible payment terms. Use the CarePayment program to manage your out-of-pocket expenses for care at any of the Orlando Health facilities. What are the benefits of using the CarePayment program?

  • Interest-free payment options for the lifetime of your initial charges. The 0.00% APR is not an introductory or promotional rate.

  • You may also add additional approved Orlando Health charges to your CarePayment account, with all charges consolidated into one statement, at 0.00% APR.
  • Peace of mind knowing you can get the care you need without worrying about how you will pay for that care.

You may proactively open a CarePayment account by asking about CarePayment at any Orlando Health facility or by submitting your interest at www.carepayment.com/Orlando-Health. Once CarePayment is made aware of your interest in the program, they will reach out to you via email or postal mail with a Welcome Kit and first statement. Simply pay the monthly amount due on your statement, and you are enrolled! Remember, there is no application required and the program is 0.00% APR.
