Ashley Gayles

Assistant Vice President, Orlando Health; Chief Financial Officer, Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies

Ashley Gayles is chief financial officer of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and assistant vice president of Orlando Health. With extensive experience in data analytics, clinical operations and hospital metrics, Ashley will provide financial expertise, monitor daily operating expenses and develop key performance indicators for the hospital.

Prior to joining Orlando Health, Ashley served as chief financial officer of St. Mary’s Medical Center/Palm Beach Children’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she was responsible for the financial operations of a 420-bed acute care adult and pediatric hospital. Previously, Ashley served in assistant chief financial officer roles at Delray Medical Center in Delray Beach, Florida, and Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She also spent seven years working in financial analyst and accounting roles at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, a system of multiple hospitals and outpatient and diagnostic centers, along with a network of physician practices.

Ashley earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds an associate’s degree in hotel and restaurant management from Purdue University Northwest. Ashley is a member of the National Association of Black Accountants.
