Advanced Heart Failure Program Services

Tailoring your treatment to your individual needs

The Heart Failure Clinic at Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Institute offers care to patients who have recently been hospitalized for acute (sudden) heart failure. We also offer same-day or next-day appointments to quickly address acute (sudden) issues that do not require hospitalization.

For patients who come to us following hospitalization, you will consult with a physician and pharmacist in our Heart Failure Clinic within seven days of leaving the hospital. Our team members will tell you about your medication regimen and any necessary follow-up care during this visit. Your physician will also evaluate your heart health and update your recommended treatment plan if needed.
