Welcome from the Program Director
Our Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship is approved by the Orlando Health Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). We produce exceptional cardiologists capable of delivering world-class patient care across all areas of cardiovascular disease management.
Our fellows receive intensive training in all aspects of cardiovascular diseases, including pathology, procedures and clinical settings. In addition, our outstanding faculty, unique urban setting and diverse patient population help prepare fellows for success in their careers.

We offer a full range of fellowship conferences and meetings to educate fellows and prepare them for their careers.

Throughout the year, we provide different education opportunities for patients to learn more about heart health. We have also created educational videos and other content available online. Learn more about patient education.
Our education programs for the medical community serve both primary care physicians and specialists. We offer an annual Orlando Health Heart & Vascular Institute Symposium with continuing medical education (CME) credits. In addition, our team publishes research studies and participates in national and international conferences.
