Community Sponsorship

Orlando Health invests its charitable dollars in the Central and Southwest Florida community to support our mission to improve the health and quality of life of the individuals and communities we serve. Through strategic collaborations with community organizations and nonprofit partners, together we are able to help affect positive change.

Orlando Health considers requests for funding and in-kind support for new and ongoing events and programs within our strategic community investment priorities:

  • Quality of Life: Create comfort and vitality which allows individuals and communities to thrive
  • Health & Safety: Ensure all have access to quality, compassionate care in an environment of respect and safety
  • Economic Prosperity: Stimulate the growth and success of local economies and its citizens

To be considered for funding, please complete the online application below. Orlando Health considers requests that demonstrate a need in the community that is aligned with our mission and priorities and clearly outlines how the need will be met through your organization.

Organizations will select an event sponsorship or program support request in the application. Orlando Health defines these as:

  • Event Sponsorship - one-time or multi-day activity typically done for the purposes of fundraising or marketing
  • Program Support - sponsorship of an activity with a particular long-term aim offering direct service to a particular population

Requests must be made at least six weeks in advance of the event or program. The following items will be requested as a part of the sponsorship application:

  • Organization’s EIN
  • Signed W-9 Form
  • Requested investment amount
  • Current involvement by Orlando Health team members, if applicable
