Jeff Oliver

Vice President, Chief Pharmacy Officer

Jeff Oliver is responsible for the overall strategy, planning, implementation and development of pharmacy programs, services and business offerings across Orlando Health and its subsidiaries. Jeff has extensive hospital and health system pharmacy leadership experience and a proven track record of optimizing, growing and innovating the pharmacy service line to support the health system’s clinical mission and financial objectives.

Most recently, Jeff served as the assistant vice president for ambulatory and retail pharmacy, where he was responsible for developing the business model, delivery systems and reimbursement provisions of the ambulatory pharmacy strategy for Orlando Health’s pharmacy programs across Florida and the Southeast. Previously, he served as vice president of pharmacy at Atlas Health, vice president of pharmacy and clinical services lines with the Ascension Florida health system, and in multiple pharmacy services leadership roles with HCA Healthcare.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University, and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Midwestern University. In addition to pharmacist and consultant pharmacist licenses, Jeff has earned several industry certifications.
