Mary Rogers, MSN/Ed, RN, NEA-BC

Mary Rogers currently serves as the interim chief nursing officer (CNO) for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children together with her role as CNO for Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies.

Mary began her career at Orlando Health in 1987 as a pediatric graduate nurse, progressing to various leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, she served in the dual role of CNO for Orlando Health Arnold Palmer and Orlando Health Winnie Palmer before transitioning in 2025 to focus solely on strategy for women and babies at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer.

Throughout her tenure with Orlando Health, Mary has been a key leader in guiding teams to achieve Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, the gold standard for nursing contributions to quality patient care, safety, research and service excellence.

Mary earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, with a specialization in education, and she is board-certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced (NEA-BC).
