Michael Mueller

Assistant Vice President Orlando Health; Chief Financial Officer, Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center

Michael Mueller oversees all financial operations of Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center as chief financial officer. Michael has previously served as the finance leader for Orlando Health - Health Central Hospital, Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital and Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital. In addition to finance, he has held leadership roles in information technology, health information management, human resources, managed care and patient access. Before joining Orlando Health, he served as a finance executive with a variety of healthcare systems, including for-profit, academic, nonprofit and governmental entities.

A certified public accountant, Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting and his master’s in taxation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He serves on the Finance Committee of the YMCA of Central Florida, as treasurer of the Heart of Florida United Way and as secretary of the West Orange Health Alliance. He has been named “CFO of the Year” by the Orlando Business Journal.
