Michele T. Napier

Senior Vice President, Revenue Management; Chief Revenue Officer

The chief revenue officer for Orlando Health, Michele is responsible for overseeing revenue management, managed care and care management for eight hospitals and more than 600 physicians.

For 30 years, she has worked in the healthcare industry with successful roles in hospital, physician, reimbursement, strategic-pricing and health-plan operations. Most recently, she was the senior vice president and chief revenue officer for Mercy Health, an organization in the Midwest with 23 hospitals and 1,600 physicians.

Michele earned her bachelor’s in business administration from Florida International University in Miami and her MBA from the University of Miami.

She is a fellow of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Certified in managed care by the Healthcare Financial Management Association, Michele is a past president of Southwestern Ohio Chapter of HFMA and a board member for HFMA Florida. She also has served on national HFMA councils, including the National Advisory Council for Revenue Cycle, and was recently named one of the revenue cycle management leaders to know from Becker’s Healthcare.
