Shawn Strandberg

Vice President, Operations, Orlando Health Medical Group

 

Shawn Strandberg is vice president of operations for the Orlando Health Medical Group. He previously held the position of assistant vice president of Primary Care at Orlando Health Medical Group since 2020.

His career includes leadership roles at Permanente Medical Group North Valley in Sacramento, California, and Yuma Regional Medical Center in Arizona. Prior to entering healthcare, he completed 20 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Shawn earned a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Daytona Beach) and an MBA from the University of Florida (Gainesville). He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as a member of the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
