Suzanne A. Worthington

Suzanne Worthington serves as chief quality officer of the healthcare system.

Since joining Orlando Health in 1995, Suzanne has focused on helping teams work toward and maintain operational and service excellence, resulting in honors such as Magnet® recognition for Orlando Health Winnie Palmer and its designation as a top teaching hospital by The Leapfrog Group. She also was instrumental in Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children becoming a Top 50 ranked pediatric hospital by U.S. News and in establishing the Center for Maternal Health at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer.

Previously, she was senior vice president of Orlando Health and president of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies. Before that, she was chief operating officer of Orlando Health Winnie Palmer.

Suzanne has served on the boards of the Orlando Science Center and the Orlando City Foundation, and is excited to be a member of the Leadership Orlando Class 98.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Florida. Additionally, she holds a Master of Education degree, also conferred by the University of Florida.
