Jennifer Grafton

Chief Financial Officer Orlando Health South Lake Hospital and North Florida Region

Jennifer Grafton serves as associate vice president of Orlando Health and chief financial officer of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital, where she oversees all financial operations for the facility. With financial leadership experience in both the for-profit and not-for-profit settings, Jennifer has served as chief financial officer within Orlando Health since 2019.

Prior to her role with Orlando Health, Jennifer served as the assistant vice president of finance at UF Health Central Florida in Leesburg and the Villages, and as a chief financial officer with Community Health Systems’ Shands Live Oak Regional Medical Center in Live Oak, Florida. Jennifer also has held financial leadership positions in Rockledge, Florida, and in Indiana.

A licensed CPA, Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University and an MBA with a concentration in finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
