This ancient Chinese practice revitalizes your body with simple mindfulness breath and smooth, flowing movements. In addition to providing positive effects on the physical body, Tai Chi also aids in mental, spiritual and emotional functioning.

Held Virtually every Wednesday.

Tai Chi Beginners - 3:30 pm
