Ingredients:

1 medium head of cauliflower, chopped (about 5 cups)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the buffalo sauce and the garlic powder. Toss the cauliflower in the sauce until evenly coated.

Set the air fryer to 400 F and cook for about 15 minutes. Halfway through, at about 7 minutes, toss the cauliflower.

Remove from the air fryer, serve and enjoy!
