Orlando Health Opens New Children’s Pavilion, Transforming Pediatric Specialty Care in Central Florida

Orlando, Fla. (August 4th, 2026)— Orlando Health today celebrated the opening of the new Orlando Health Children's Pavilion, a six-story, 189,000-square-foot outpatient facility that reimagines how pediatric specialty care is delivered. Located on the downtown Orlando campus adjacent to Orlando Health Children’s Arnold Palmer Hospital, the pavilion brings together more than 30 pediatric specialties and services in one convenient location.

Funded entirely through community philanthropy, the new facility serves as a central hub for outpatient pediatric care, reducing the need for families to travel between multiple locations for appointments. Designed around the needs of children and their caregivers, the pavilion offers a seamless experience where specialists can collaborate more closely while patients receive comprehensive care in one place.

The pavilion is home to a wide range of pediatric specialty programs and services, including neuroscience, cardiology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, pulmonology, endocrinology, rehabilitation services, imaging, laboratory services and many others. The facility is designed to provide coordinated care for children with both routine and highly complex medical needs through a family-centered approach that minimizes stress and maximizes convenience.
