Overnight Oatmeal Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Combine the oats, cinnamon and almond milk in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours or until the oats are soft and have absorbed the liquid.

  2. Stir the oatmeal and then place half of it in the bottom of a tall glass or jar.

  3. Layer half of the yogurt, honey and strawberries on top of the oatmeal.

  4. Repeat by layering the other half of the oatmeal, yogurt, honey and strawberries.
