Ingredients:

1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions:

Combine the oats, cinnamon and almond milk in a bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours or until the oats are soft and have absorbed the liquid.

Stir the oatmeal and then place half of it in the bottom of a tall glass or jar.

Layer half of the yogurt, honey and strawberries on top of the oatmeal.

Repeat by layering the other half of the oatmeal, yogurt, honey and strawberries.
