Harmonious Horizons: Changing Our Perceptions of Stress to Find Inner Peace

Modern life abounds in stressors, from time pressures to the demands of families, work, health and relationships. The secret to stress management lies not in trying to eliminate or avoid challenges, but in dealing with stress in a positive, proactive manner. In this workshop, we will explore the attitudes and habits that affect how we perceive problems and learn specific techniques involving contemplative methods, exercise, cognitive restructuring and priority evaluation.
