On Saturday September 25, 2010, over 2,600 dedicated athletes are expected to fill the streets of Arnold Palmer Medical Center for the 12th Annual Miracle Miles 15k, 5k, and Kids' Fun Run Presented by Chick-fil-A. Miracle Miles benefits the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies. The funds raised this year will be earmarked for an expansion of our NICU. This year's event also marks the 35th Anniversary of the NICU will feature additional activities for NICU graduates and their families.

, Miracle Miles is one of the largest 15k races in the state. With more than 2,600 runners, is a great opportunity to set and accomplish your running goals.
A new feature of Miracle Miles is its integration with the Florida 15k Challenge. The Florida 15k Challenge is a tri-city, 15k competition across the state of Florida. Runners who participate in each of the top three 15k races in the state - Gasparilla Distance Classic, Gate River Run and Miracle Miles - will receive a commemorative medal in honor of their accomplishment. Whether you are an individual runner, member of a team or racewalker, Miracle Miles offers everyone a chance to participate.
Kids' Fun Run
Kids of all ages are encouraged to participate in a fun run just for them. The event is free and all children receive a special ribbon. Kids' activities will take place on-site throughout the morning.
Walk-Around-Winnie
A symbolic stroll around Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies that allows participants to visibly show their support for the tiny babies and their families inside.
Fundraising Opportunities
Volunteer fundraisers are also encouraged to participate by collecting donations. Check back for more information on our online fundraising tool available this summer. In the meantime, you can still help raise money for our tiniest patients by collecting personal donations from your friends and family. Are you up for the challenge?
The Florida 15K Challenge is a unique opportunity for athletes to participate in a tri-city, 15K competition across the State of Florida.
Runners who compete in each of the top three 15k races in the state - Publix Super Markets Gasparilla Distance Classic, Gate River Run and Miracle Miles presented by Chick-fil-A - will receive a commemorative medal in honor of this accomplishment.
Medals will be awarded during the Miracle Miles race in September.
Race participation is subject to verification and will be based on paid entry into each of the three races.
