Important Insurance Update
At Orlando Health, we want you to have clear and simple information about your insurance coverage so you can make the best choices for your care.
Sometimes, the insurance plans we work with change. Some national insurance networks are no longer accepted at Orlando Health because their plans do not fully cover hospital services.
Effective 11/01/2026, Orlando Health is terminating contracts with Claritev plans, including MultiPlan, PHCS, and Beech Street, to protect patients from limited "Physician and Ancillary Only" coverage. This change affects access to hospital services for these networks. Please review our FAQ for vital information regarding this transition, including details on continuity of care for pregnancy and ongoing treatments.

Thank you for choosing Orlando Health for your healthcare needs. Orlando Health will no longer be in-network with Claritev plans, including MultiPlan, PHCS, and Beech Street, effective 11/01/2026. We apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause you.
As your community provider, we want to continue caring for you. We are committed to transparency and to working with you to identify appropriate care and coverage solutions whenever possible.

We value the relationships we had with these networks. However, some of their plans only covered doctor visits and other services. They did not fully cover hospital care. This could leave patients with unexpected medical bills. It could also interrupt care. Ending these contracts helps us protect patients and provide complete, coordinated care.
If you are admitted before midnight on 11/01/2026 and your insurance card does not say “Physician and Ancillary only”, you may still be covered as in-network until you are discharged. Please contact your employer or plan administrator to confirm your coverage.
If you are pregnant, receiving cancer treatment, or have another ongoing medical condition, and your insurance card does not say “Physician and Ancillary only,” you may qualify for “continuity of care.” This means you may be able to continue your care at Orlando Health for a limited time. Please contact your employer or plan administrator to learn more about your options.
