After completing training, she has spent her career working in Level 3 and Level 4 NICUs as a clinical teaching attending for both residency and fellowship programs, initially at University of Illinois in Chicago and then at Nicklaus Children's Hospital in Miami, as well as several other South Florida area hospitals. Through the years, Dr. Love has had several roles including transport director, developmental clinic director, and has actively served in mock code, bioethics, and feeding protocol committees. She has enjoyed participating in educational programs for medical students, residents, fellows, nurses, and transport teams. Dr. Love's clinical interests include care of the critically ill neonate, centering on the disease processes of PPHN, ELBW, and HIE, as well as nutrition, neurodevelopment, and ethics.

Her hobbies include biking and pencil drawing. She enjoys spending time with her husband and young son at the beach and the science center. Dr. Love is very happy to join the team at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital!
