Application Information

If you are interested in a fellowship in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine, we invite you to apply through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service). ERAS is an internet-based application process developed by the Association of American Medical Colleges to transmit fellowship applications, letters of recommendation, program director letters, medical transcripts and other supporting credentials from applicants, residency programs and medical schools to fellowship program directors using the internet. For information about the process or to register for ERAS online, visit www.aamc.org/eras.

Our program is also committed to the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP), also referred to as The Match. Applicants will be "matched" to our program using the certified rank order list of the applicants and Program Director. To register with NRMP please follow this link

The NRMP program code for the Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine Fellowship Program, which applicants should use for ranking, is: 1107156F0

We accept Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Physicians who are board-eligible or board certified. Consistent with ACGME requirements, our program requires you to complete 1 or 2 years of training based any previous Fellowship training.

Note: All qualified applicants are considered for interviews. However, the volume of applicants precludes us from offering interviews to all qualified candidates.

If you have questions, please contact our fellowship coordinator.
