Dr. Longhi joined Orlando Health in 2012 and is a member of the neonatal intensive care team at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital. He is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.
Dr. Longhi earned his medical degree from Cayetano Heredia University in Peru. He completed his pediatric residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. He completed pediatric cardiology fellowships at IWK Hospital for Children in Canada and at the University of Minnesota, followed by neonatology fellowships at Lutheran General Hospital and University of Chicago Hospital.
Dr. Longhi has participated in the organization and opening of the NICU in the Lee Summit branch of the Saint Luke’s Health Care System by designing a marketing plan as part of the Health Care Leadership MBA program at Rockhurst University in Kansas City MO.
He has received research grant awards and has given abstract presentations in neonatology and pediatric cardiology in various meetings, such as the Society for Pediatric Research, American Society of Anesthesiology and other internal hospital meetings.
