Dr. Winn joined Orlando Health in 2019 and is a member of the neonatal intensive care team at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital. She is board certified in pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine.

Dr. Winn is from St Petersburg, Florida and earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, Florida. She completed her pediatric residency at Carolinas Medical Center/Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. She completed a neonatal-perinatal fellowship at Wake Forest University Brenner Children’s Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. During her time there, she helped develop a simulation teaching program for medical students and studied the attitudes of physicians in the state regarding the care of infants with Trisomy 18.

Dr. Winn is particularly interested in breastfeeding medicine, family education, the care of extremely low birthweight infants, and infection prevention. She is a part of the TBC program at Orlando Health Winnie Palmer. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new places with her husband, son and two dogs.
