Why OHAPH: Coming back to Orlando where I lived for most of my adult life was important to me. I really wanted to be part of a training program that gave back to the community and valued diversity. Seeing that OHAPH was the oldest and most established pediatric residency in Orlando was a big selling point as well. I also really wanted to be at a hospital system that has a Level I Trauma Center and a Level IV NICU. Everyone I met and interacted with from the program and the hospital was very friendly, and the family aspect really rang true. All these factors made OHAPH the perfect place for me.
