Why OHAPH: I was drawn to APH primarily for the sense of community I witnessed during my interview day. I wanted a residency program that valued me as an individual and emphasized wellness in addition to rigorous training. Being a part of a medium sized program in a metropolitan area with a diverse patient population was also a huge draw for choosing APH. Plus, I couldn’t say no to the Sunshine State! APH also provided necessary networking and mentoring opportunities as I plan to pursue a PEM fellowship after residency.
