Luis Isaac Garcia, MD

Luis I. Garcia, MD, is clinical cardiac electrophysiologist with Orlando Health Heart Institute Cardiology Group. He specializes in the evaluation and treatment of heart rhythm disorders, cardiac ablation and cardiac device implantation and management. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Garcia earned a BS degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Wagner College in New York and received his medical degree with honors from New York University School of Medicine. He performed his general residency in internal medicine at Columbia University Medical Center. He completed fellowships at NYU Langone Medical Center in cardiovascular disease and clinical electrophysiology.

Dr. Garcia has written numerous articles for such publications as Heart Rhythm, PACE and Circulation Research. He has been awarded many research grants for cardiovascular disease, the results of which he has presented at national conferences.

Dr. Garcia is an active fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society.
