Why ORMC: Orlando Health checked all the boxes for me: high volume, high acuity, adult and pediatric level one trauma centers, longitudinal peds exposure, great reputation, fewer competing learners, and incredible faculty dedicated to teaching. All of that is important, but the real reason I chose ORMC is because the residents here were happier than anywhere else I interviewed. The “la familia” feel is real. Resident wellness is a huge priority here and it shows. I can’t imagine training in a more collegial or supportive environment. By training at ORMC, not only will I be comfortable practicing EM anywhere in the country, but I can also enjoy the journey.

Hobbies & Interests: I love skiing, hiking, racquetball, tennis, running, learning languages, and hanging out with my wife and baby
