Salvatore Silvestri, MD, FACEP

1960 – 2017

On February 26, 2017 our program experienced the sudden and unexpected death of our beloved program director, Dr. Sal Silvestri. It is our honor and privilege to help carry on the legacy that he so carefully crafted in his 12 years as Program Director for the Orlando Health Emergency Medicine Residency. To Sal, family was everything and at ORMC we are all family. We strive each and every day to “Live Like Sal” while training the best emergency physicians possible.
