D. Raymond Knapp, MD, specializes in pediatric orthopedics at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Center for Orthopedics. He is board certified in orthopedic surgery and has practiced pediatric orthopedics in Orlando since 1988.

Dr. Knapp earned his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency at West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, before completing a fellowship in pediatric orthopedics at Orlando Health Orlando Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Knapp specializes in the treatment of scoliosis, kyphosis and other spinal deformities, and has been involved in the design of spinal implants for correction of scoliosis. He provides both surgical and nonsurgical care for a variety of pediatric orthopedic conditions including fractures and neuromuscular, congenital and developmental problems.

Dr. Knapp is actively involved in research and is a member of the Scoliosis Research Society and the Pediatric Orthopaedic Society of North America.
