Why ORMC: When deciding on a future EM residency program, there were three qualities that I was searching for: strong clinical training, family-like atmosphere and support, and a growing vibrant place to live. Orlando Health was truly unmatched. The program fully embodies those three aspects and I could not be happier to be a part of this group. Throughout the interview process, I was initially drawn to the down-to-earth residents and the obvious close-knit, supportive community of doctors that made up ORMC’s Emergency Medicine program. In addition, the reputation as a high volume, high acuity Level 1 Trauma Center would provide the challenging opportunities and comprehensive training that I wanted for my residency experience. The Central Florida location with its proximity to beaches and water sports and Orlando’s many restaurants and social events contributed to my choosing ORMC for residency. I’m glad to be a part of such an excellent program.

Hobbies & Interests: FSU (Go Noles!), lake/beach activities, traveling, hiking, sports.
