Health Central Park's Dementia Special Care Unit is a secured environment specializing in Alzheimer's and other complex dementia diseases. The "Circle of Friends" neighborhood focuses on providing a safe environment where residents are treated with the utmost respect and care. Staff and residents interact with specialized programs and services that meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of the residents. Meaningful leisure activities and assistance with personal care are the norm in the neighborhood, enhancing each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial abilities for a more fulfilling life.
