The Urogynecology Program at Orlando Health Women’s Pavilion – Winter Park offers a variety of services in a comfortable facility with state-of-the-art technology. Our physicians have extensive training and experience in treating female pelvic floor (muscles that support the bladder, uterus and bowel) conditions and pelvic reconstructive surgery. We provide personalized care to women and transgender patients.
Conditions We Treat
We treat a variety of urogynecological conditions, including:
- • Urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control)
• Kidney stones (small, hard mineral deposits that form in the kidneys)
• Pelvic organ prolapse (fallen pelvic organs)
• Pelvic organ dysfunction (problems with the pelvic floor muscles)
• Urinary tract infections (infections in the urinary system)
• Fistulas (abnormal connections between body structures)
• Vulvodynia (chronic pain in the vulva – area outside of the genitals)
• Other bladder and bowel conditions

- • Pelvic floor physical therapy (exercises)
• Pelvic floor reconstructive surgery
• Robotic-assisted surgery
• Botox injections to the bladder to treat incontinence
• Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS) (neuromodulation therapy that provides electrical stimulation to the nerves)
• Sling procedures to treat incontinence (inserting mesh or tissue that supports the bladder)
