This section outlines how to submit your company’s information to be considered as a potential vendor for Orlando Health, Inc. Information submitted through this process does not guarantee business from Orlando Health, Inc. with your company.

Register as a Potential Vendor

This online portal does not guarantee automatic approval to access clinical areas/physicians. If a current opportunity for your product or service is identified, you will be contacted by a representative of Orlando Health. If Orlando Health wishes to evaluate your product or services through a competitive bid process, you will be contacted when the applicable competitive bid process commences. If you are not contacted, then there is no current need or opportunity for your products or services at Orlando Health but you will continue to be considered for future opportunities.

Vendor Code of Conduct Vendors are expected to comply with Orlando Health's Code of Conduct as described in this policy.
Vendor Credentialing Orlando Health partners with GHX VendorMate to process vendors who visit designated Orlando Health campuses. Respective vendors will be directed to register via this site.
